Missed period?

Some weird stuff has been happening so I thought I'd share.

At first I started having the normal cramps a few days before AF was expected. What ended up happening was about a day of what I thought was AF but just ended. So pretty much a one day period. I've been having really bad back ache, spotting only when wiping, cramps bloating and headaches every sense then and it's been a little over a week. Not sure if I consider this a missed period or not any suggestions?
