Newborn has awful trapped wind 😩

My 3 week old baby has the most ridiculous trapped wind and I don’t know what to do to help...

I keep her upright after a feed for at least 30-40mins and she doesn’t produce any burps or farts, yet when I lay her down, she wriggles and squirms and screams in pain so I pick her up again and have to hold her until she burps which is like a lifetime and the feeds blur into one another.

I can feel her bum wind at least 2 hours after she’s had a feed and just feel useless as I can’t seem to help her expel them.

Have tried infacol which worked ok at first but then I think it blocked her up as she didn’t poo for 2 days.

Any suggestions on what I can do to help her?? I know all of this is short lived as they have an immature digestive system, but I think I must’ve blocked it all out of my mind from when I had my first!
