Period mishap

So. According to glow, I was suppose to start my period next weekend. Well, my fiancé, his parents, my son and I went to the beach. We left out on Friday. We stopped at a gas station so we could use the restroom and get a drink or snack as needed. I go to the restroom and I notice I’m spotting really dark blood. Well, I think nothing of it and buy some tampons because I was just spotting. We get to the hotel and I’m bleeding lightly. No big deal, I bought tampons. The next morning, I woke up around 4 and it literally looks like a murder scene in my pants. I feel lucky that I didn’t get anything on the bed due to everything being white... I told my fiancé I needed to go buy some pads because the tampons were not enough. So we go buy pads and he picks me up a bottle of midol because I’m in so much pain. Well that night, I ran out of tampons. And with how heavy I was bleeding, I was having to change my pad every 30 minutes. I was sad because we were at the beach, but I still had fun. I didn’t let the pain get to me. While we were leaving yesterday morning, he stopped and picked my up a couple boxes of tampons so I had them and so we didn’t have to stop every 30 minutes.

We are home and I haven’t been bleeding as heavy as I did at the beach. Today I’m feeling super nauseated and tired. I’m just ready for this period to be over. Fiancé is at work for the next 3 days, so I’m going to relax as much as a can
