Does anybody else get overly sick when they get even slightly anxious?

Ever since I was young I’d get horrible stomach cramps and feel sick whenever I got nervous or scared, but it’s really inconvenient to have something important like a job interview or a date and then I spend twenty minutes in the bathroom trying to not be sick, is there any way to help this? I’ve done yoga and meditation but they don’t seem to help and I’ve taken anti anxiety pills but they have negative affects on me that make it hard to function.
