HELP !!! PLEASE

Okay so last week I had very bad stomach and back pain, and it felt like I had a bunch of gas just stuck in my back. It came with vomiting as well. My mom took me to the ER and they found an ovarian cyst, it eventually ruptured and I was fine after that. They ordered a follow up appointment with a gynecologist and they did another ultrasound to see how my ovaries were looking. They confirmed that it ruptured and I had a lot of fluid around my uterus which they said was nothing to worry about. Mind you I’m only 17. My mom gets a call from my gyno, and they prescribed me three different medications and I have no idea what for . They wouldn’t tell my mom because of confidentiality. I have no idea what the medications are or what they are for. I am going to pick them up tonight and go to the gyno tomorrow. I’m extremely worried cause like I don’t know if something is seriously wrong or if I’m pregnant or what. Can someone at least lead me in the right direction as to what the hell is going on ?????
