Vision changes w/anxiety

I went to get my eyes checked because everything has been blurry and I’ve been seeing spots. I’ve also been getting horrible headaches, but the provider I saw said that my eyes are perfectly healthy and the vision changes must be due to my anxiety. He basically said either that or I was lying, but I can tell you I haven’t been. This has been a more frequent issue over the last month and I don’t understand how anxiety can make my vision all wonky.
