Severe anxiety - suggestions?

My anxiety has gotten really bad. I've been seeing a therapist for a few years but I don't think it's helping much anymore. I think the rest of the work will need to come from within me.

I don't want to go on meds. Does anyone have any suggestions of things that worked for you? Meditation? Daily walks? Maybe an inspirational quote/reminder...?

All of my anxiety is health/safety related. It was about my health in the past but now that I have a daughter, it's all about her health and safety. I literally feel like the world is out to get me and everything is unsafe. 😔
