How did you know your family was complete?

Curious as to how did y’all know. This decision I’m sure is between husband and wife but, did you have a feeling or did you always feel like you could keep going?

I love large families. It’s strange to me to hear when people say they are done after 1-2. I have 4, and still feel most days I want another, but then I don’t. It’s confusing. I want another without the first trimester/third trimester or delivery part. Lol
