Ruptured ovarian cyst??

I want to start off with sorry if this gets long I'll try and keep it short.

So I have a friend and she miscarried a few months back. She has been ttc again with her boyfriend but so far no luck. 2 days ago she took 2 test and both bfp! But today she found out she had a ruptured ovarian cyst and has to go back to dr tomorrow. Shes concerned she wont be able to have kids now. I'm not an expert in this field and not sure how to help. Anyone out there who can help please comment. She said they were false positives because of the cyst. Could that cause a false positive or could she be pregnant and the cyst is hiding it. I dont know how all that works but any insight would be helpful.
