I need some advice, ladies.....

I am 12 weeks pregnant.

I work at Walmart, stocking.

It involves unloading the truck.

Freight obviously varies in weight.

My boss is aware of my pregnancy. She was given a doctors note.. Stating the pregnancy & not to lift, push or pull over 20 lbs.

I also have a history of a miscarriage.

Well, my boss said she was going to transfer me over a month ago. I was supposed to be a cashier a MONTH ago. She said it’d be two weeks. Well, a month passed. Now, she has me scheduled for another two weeks stocking.

Hurricane Michael came through.

A lot has happened and they are trying to get back in shape.

Well, they still make me lift, push and pull things over 20lbs.

I stock in grocery. Those carts can get pretty heavy.. and they want me to have them done by a certain time.

She’s messaged me, saying She needs everyone at work because we have a lot to do.

Meaning, there is a shit ton of heavy stuff on the way.. & It hurts each time I do any heavy stuff. It hurts in my pelvic area to the point I want to cry. On top of them treating me like crap.

Yes, I could go above her.

She’s already spoken to the store manager of moving me. Nothing has been done.. and it probably wont be anytime soon.

Meanwhile, I’m looking at getting an easier 5 hour shift job back.. (I left earlier this year due to drama with old manager/employees that no longer work there.)

My fiance says I need to suck it up and go back to work at walmart.. I’m trying to explain the pain it puts on me & the stress on our baby..

And it causes an argument. He thinks I dont want to work. & Thats not true. I’m just trying to get something better on my body.

I just need some advice.....😭

Yes. Women have worked many hours doing things & lifting heavy objects.

That may be you..

But it is NOT for me.
