Breast milk sitting in the refrigerator for almost 5 hours with the door open...would you dump it?

So my hubby left for work around 2 this morning and accidentally left the fridge partially open. When I went to get my daughter’s bottles out at 6:30 for daycare they were completely separated (which doesn’t usually happen unless it’s in there for a few days). I smelled it and it seemed ok, but I panicked and dumped it out. The milk was pumped fresh yesterday around 9am if that makes a difference.

Do you think it would have been ok to use or did I do the right thing by dumping it?
