Airplane/airport with a 16-month old

We’re flying with our son over the holidays and we’re trying to pack as lightly as possible. It’s only a 2-hour flight so we’re planning to hold him in our laps. We’ll also have my parents and my husband’s parents with us to switch off holding him. My question is, do you think we should bring a stroller? My son is walking, but not very well yet, so we’d probably just hold him the whole time. However, we’ll have other luggage with us (carry-on bags), so holding him might get exhausting in the airport. We won’t need a stroller where we’re going, so I feel silly bringing it just for the airport. My son is pretty heavy, and I haven’t worn him in my carrier since he was around 10 months. I don’t know what to do! Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? If you have a cheap umbrella stroller recommendation or if you have a better idea I’d love to hear your suggestions! Thanks!
