HELP PLEASE.

is there a way i can eat or any other foods i can eat too make me feel full but gain no weight ? lately i’ve been feeling really insecure about mt body everyone keeps mistaken me as being pregnant & stuff when im not & i feel some type of way. i gained sooo much weight i use to be 130 sum but went up like 30 pounds bc i eat alot but be sooo hungry lmao and alor of snacks & junk. but yeah ive been trying the gym and stuff but whats a way i can eat healthier without eating anything disgusting tho😂.
