Sooo Monday I started eating healthy I wanted to try keto diet but I don’t know if I’m doing it right or even fully committed to it. I been cutting out lots of carbs. Healthy bar for breakfast, salads at lunch and meat and veggies at night, throughout the day I have water and hot tea, I’m about to finish almost 1 week, do you guys think if I keep that up I should be able to shed some weight?
