Don't want to take antidepressants
I just saw my therapist and she said my hormones/chemicals are very out of whack & she believes I would benefit from antidepressants.
I REALLY don't want to take meds, especially because I am breastfeeding. My therapist said exercise is one thing that can help regulate my brain chemicals. Is there anything else I can do?
I know meds might be what I need but I'd love to explore other options first. Thanks ladies.
