breastfeeding

i’m a second time mom and didn’t breastfeed my first only bc the doctor was so rough with helping my baby latch on that i gave up . but was wondering what all i need to breastfeed this time . i’m getting a pump tomorrow , i have breast milk storage containers , nipple cream , nursing bras , nursing pads & a nursing cover for if i need to cover up .. any advice or anything i need ?? also any tips on breastfeeding to help milk supply and advice for when i first try and let him latch on like when he’s first born ??
