How can I find my ideal, healthy weight?
Im 5ft 3 and I just weighed myself... I'm 145lbs I've calculated my BMI but I hear they can be inaccurate. I want to lose a bit of weight, but I'm not sure what my healthy weight is. I'm 19 and I used to be a lot thinner then I am now. And I'm actually pretty healthy with my body's appearance other wise, as I love my smile and boobs as well as eyes. Also any tips for losing the weight in a healthy way would be great.
