DS has a bad latch and so sleepy

I just had my son last Friday and I am having such a hard time breastfeeding.

He won't get a good latch on my right side so I'm constantly having to pump because I'm getting clogged ducts (I just pumped 5oz from that side alone so I'm also majorly overproducing)

On my left side he latches great but won't stay awake long enough and he gets frustrated.

He definitely eats better from a bottle and I'm feeling so defeated.

I want to nurse him and not have to spend ten minutes warming up bottles in the middle of the night while he's crying, and I don't want to be constantly pumping.

Any tips? Other than using a nipple shield my daughter nursed great and weaned at 15 months old so this is all new to me.
