How to wean?

Baby girl is 15 months old and is ebf. I wish to wean now however I don’t know how. Everytime she feels sleepy she points towards my boobs and says milk. Also she just doesn’t sleep without sucking on the boob. Things have become really difficult now. I will start giving her a feeding bottle but I have a feeling that she won’t take it since I tried it a few month earlier and she just wouldn’t drink milk from the bottle.

I need help! Please...suggestions required. Tell me what to do...anything!
