I don’t know how to get in shape at the gym
So I’m a gym newbie. My story is that I’ve torn both my acts at different times but consecutively in the last two years so I’m basically two years out of shape. I used to play soccer and don’t have trouble getting into shape but now I can really go back to that because the season is over and I need to strengthen my quads very badly. Right now, I run everyday (I did a HIIT run) yesterday and then do leg strengthening stuff. Does anyone have a workout plan for getting into shape? I’ve been told strengthening the same muscle group everyday isn’t good for you
