HELP ME PLEASE... STD ..

I been dating my boyfriend for 2 and a half months... He got tested for stds a month after we already slept together we been sleeping together a lot that month.. Like. ALOT over the past 2 months . Recently 3 days ago i notice when i peed it hurt very much... I figured it was a uti because we just tried anal and went back to regular sex.. the day before and we didn’t fully do it correctly( I didn’t shower after , didn’t pee after ) Mind you we been having sex for 7 days straight multiple times.. I just figured my vagina was irritated.. 2 days ago I decide to wipe and i realize my vagina is very raw like it hurts very much... so i decide to take a look.. What i found mortified me and i nearly broke down in tears... A nice red rash with some yellow sores are all down there ..Multiple .. they were not there before i never seen something like this a day in my life... I asked him yesterday did he have any symptoms of anything any bumps burning anything... He told me no... i’ve seen his down stairs area.. he looks fine... He literally just got tested a month before this and he came out clean... i haven’t stepped out at all smh.. And he saying he hasn’t stepped out.... my doctors appointment is on monday.. but i need something to ease my mind or for me to atleast know what news i should prepare for... This is a very tmi picture btw

UPDATE:.. Everyone i have been tested and all stds including herpes, hiv, Hpv .. They all came out negative except for one.. Trichomoniasis .. i’m disappointed but highly relieved it’s a Sti.. That can be cured.. 🙏🏽
