Bleeding during ovulation week?

So I've been bleeding yesterday and today every time I wipe. Not a flow, just on the toilet paper when I wipe. I had my period from August 29th to the 2nd so I should NOT be getting AF this soon. Because this isn't the norm for me, I wonder if this has happened to other ladies. We use the withdrawal method but I do not think I'm pregnant. I've had chest pain and pressure, feels like anxiety, dizziness, bit sleepy, pressure/pain during sex. Could it be stress? Does this all tie in together?? Advice is appreciated, thank you! PS no infection of any sort!
