Cycle day 2 monitoring

I started my first IVF cycle today!!!

I just got a call from my nurse and she said I had a 14mm follicle on the right and my left side was quiet. When I went in for my scan my doctor only told me my AFC which was 9. I have DOR and my first AFC in June was 5 so I am happy that I have more this cycle!!! however, I am worried that I have a dominant follicle on day 2 already.

I just left my doctor a message and am waiting for her to explain this as she didn’t during the ultrasound. I am worried it will grow too fast for the others to catch up and mature. I don’t know if its a big concern or not until I hear back from her so if anyone has any experiences to share please let me know !!!
