Weightloss after C-Section
Hey girls!! I'm 24, married and we have 4 kids together! I have always had an extremely muscular body and have always stayed in shape. If I ever did get out of shape, I was always able to lose the weight in like a month or two. But after having my fourth child last year, losing this weight has been extremely hard. I can follow a diet if I have a good one, and exercising is the best way that my body loses the weight, but idk which ones (both diets and exercises) to choose to stick to. Having a 3 c-sextions has made it hard to lose weight in the lower abdominal area so that's my target. I need help and a partner to do this with!! Thanks in advance! 😘😘
