Vaccine Granuloma???

My 7 1/2 month old got her shots about a month ago and got a vaccine granuloma and still has it and it very obviously bothers her. We called her dr but only the nurse/recp who gave her the shots answers us. First she said it’s the vac built up and to massage it out. Then when we called again and I had more questions she said it’s just bc my daughter tensed up when she got it. It just doesn’t make sense to me. Anyone else have experience with this? Or a better explanation? I’ve looked things up but that’s a rabbit hole I’m not sure I’m ready to go down fully. Any specialists for this type of thing?
