Mastitis Help

So two days ago I noticed my left boob was in a lot of pain so I pumped sat in the shower with hot water and I nursed on that boob first everytime and it never went away that night I had a fever of 100.8 I went to the doctors the next day, I got antibiotics as soon as I took the first one the swelling went down and by today pumping didn’t hurt as much, and I didn’t have a fever last night but now I have a very sore achey body, I’m burning up and have chills and I’m exhausted. Is this normal ? I thought I was feeling better but now I feel worse than before... I don’t want to get my 5 week old sick if I’m catching the flu... any similar experiences?
