Breastfeeding and feeling sick!

I got my flu shot over a month ago, so I know it’s not that.

I could just have allergies or am in the midst of getting a cold! 😩

I can’t find much on here about EB and taking cough suppressants or lozenges, I googled it but the information isn’t super reliable and is from 7 plus years ago! I’m sure some companies (like Halls and Ricola) have updated since then, right?

So does anyone know what cough drops are safe when EB? I’m mainly trying to avoid coughing so i don’t wake my baby that sleeps through most of the night. During the day I can deal just don’t want to deal with it at night!!
