Miscarriage messed up cycle

Hey, has anyone experienced extended issues following a miscarriage? We lost our baby at 12 weeks in April and ever since then my hormones have gone wild, initially I didn't get my period again for 8 weeks, after this my periods have seemed to last longer and also are closer together they used to be every four weeks and now arriving approximately every three weeks. I have also had major issues with hot flushes they where TERRIBLE for about 10 weeks following the miscarriage and I have not been able to shake them since. They come less often than they did but still drive me up the wall. This month I have been chronically tired and my nipples have been ultra sensitive, the only time I have felt like this before have been when I'm pregnant (have been pregnant 3 times but only carried to term once). The issue is my period is still 11 days away but the symptoms are there....is it possible since my cycles have been all messed up, that I may have ovulated earlier than expected? I'm unsure and don't want to get my hopes up!
