Early Period?? See Description!

I was supposed to start my period on the 13th but I started spotting late on the 9th. This led into me having an extremely light (for me) like period. Bright blood, with mucus like discharge as well. As of right now I’ve gone back to only spotting (2 am on 12th). When I wiped the blood away earlier I had what looked like some kind of tissue in my hand. It looked like a small worm in the shape of a half circle and was very small.... I’m scared I may have miscarried a very early baby. 😢 Any ideas or thoughts are helpful. I took a pregnancy test and it said “Not Pregnant” (Clear Blue).
