First birthday outfit

. Her birthday party is next week but her birthday isn’t for another month(family coming from another state so we are celebrating it early). She is 11month old today as well. She was born 6weeks early with breathing problems and then failure to thrive because she couldn’t put on weight, it’s hard to believe how far she come, how strong this little girl is.

Do you think I should put leggings or nylons on her under the tutu? We live in northern Michigan so it’s cold 🥶. And I don’t know witch one would look better under it
