Sick 10 month old

Hi ladies, my sons nose is currently a FOUNTAIN of boogies. He will not let me suck them out and I’ve tried 3 different suckers. Is it okay that they just run out?? Any tips on getting your baby not to go mental when you suck their nose??

Also since he’s been sick he is fighting me every time I have to change his diaper. He flips himself around and will just refuse to lay there. I’m hoping this is a short phase because he’s uncomfortable flat on his back due to his sinuses?

Any tips are VERY appreciated.
