Pushing question

So, no one wants to talk about this... But is it possible to not poop while pushing??

With first baby I had a very fast labor and was going to bathroom between almost every contraction. Labor was crazy fast and baby born 4.5 hours after first contraction. I keep thinking that if I had labored longer I would have been emptier before pushing?

This baby I want to deliver on hands and knees to avoid tearing like I did with first (big head babies!) but I don't want my bottom up in the air if THAT is going to happen.

Help!
