Hemorrhoids during pregnancy?!?

39 weeks and just got my first ever hemorrhoid. Kill me now!!! 😡😡😡😡
Any suggestions on what to do to make it go away or make it less uncomfortable. So far I just put cold compress and cortisone cream.

I use Preparation H wipes and the ointment/cream, I tried witch hazel and it didn't work for me

I've had one since my first born ( 5 yrs ago) it wasn't ever a big issues unless I strained to poo . Now that I'm pregnant again ( 35 weeks) I have a hard time going & have bled twice from them . Tucks pads help me bunches I wipe with a wet wipe , don't flush these things though will mess up system even if "flushable" find then I push it up there & sit for a min then trash it . You will definitely want to have stool soften at home after you have the baby , taking the first poo even if you don't have hemorrhoids is not a fun thing .

If you have a vaginal delivery get ready for some more! When I finally got the courage to feel around down there my whole booty hole was covered in them!!! It made it super hard to poop(def recommend stool softener)
