Anyone else experiencing this?

I’m currently 14 weeks and every time I sneeze I get a sharp pain in my waist area usually more towards the side. Just wondering I don’t want to worry too much. Could this be from the uterus expanding? I honestly just don’t know it’s on for maybe 3 seconds and then disappears.

It’s called round ligament pain and it’s a bitch. It gets worse the further along you get.

It’s from your muscles stretching. I’m 25 weeks and I still have this problem.

Round ligament pain. Get a belly support band. It’ll help keep your uterus from shifting too much and it’ll help with the pain.

It’s not fun at all but a very common part of pregnancy. I get it sometimes when I cough too! It’s usually when I’m in certain positions though so I try to avoid doing anything strenuous while laying down.

Anyone else experiencing this?
