Help me

Hey y’all, I need some help. My sister In law went into premature labor this morning( 33 weeks 3 days) and her daughter didn’t make it. If you have lost a baby in the same way, what were ways or things others did for you or said to you that you found helpful and or comforting? My heart breaks for them and I wish I could take the pain and confusion away for them. I don’t know how to approach the whole situation without using the cliche saying and I don’t want to aggravate them or upset them but I want to help.
