What to do...

I met a guy i Spain in June when I was working there. We were together for a week, then I had to go back home (live in another European country). He said he wanted to come visit me soon but because of a complicated fracture in his hand, he couldn't at the moment. As time passed, it turn out the fracture was more complicated than first expected so he still couldn't come. Fair enough, I understand that. We texted throughout the summer and fall. I went to visit him in September. Everything was very good. He is fantastic. But...

Some weeks ago he didn't anwser my text for 4-5 days. Finally I wrote another text saying I didn't understand what was going on and asking if that was it. He replied very fast that he has jyst been busy and that he wanted to reply earlier. I know he has been very down rigth before I met him and that he has been seen a professional and talked about it. I replied to his text saying I was happy him and me wasn't over. But now he didn't replied to my last text and it has been 4 days..

I don't know what to do.. Should I do nothing and hope he take up the contact, should I contact him. Is it because he is getting tired of me or is it some personal issues that preoccupies him..? What do your ladies think I should do?
