Question..honest opinions please

So I know in general in any relationship it's not cool to name call the person you're upset with. Do you guys think that in an intimate relationship there are exceptions to being called a bitch and a c***? If so, what would they be? I know anger can get the best of people and I'm very understanding, but I also know that it's just not what should happen especially when it's not going to help the situation.
