help ladies.. im about 6 weeks pregnant with my 2nd.. i didnt have sore nipples with my first but it hurts really bad. if i accidentally touch them when i move to lay down or move to my side w.e it may be they hurt any tricks, advice.. or am i just right out of luck for a year (i plan on nursing) :(
