Should I get married at 20?

My bf and I have been dating for 5 months now. He told me that if things keep going as nicely and smoothly as they are going that he will ask me to marry him on our anniversary. I am 20 and still in college. I am terrified/exited of marriage. I feel like everything is going so fast and he is jumping into a big compromise.

Even thought I do want to spend my life with him, I don't know why I want to spend some more time on a bf/gf relationship for at least 3 years. I still live with my dad in order to save money. My family also doesn't really like him or know him that much.

I don't know what to do or think. On one side I love him and want to be with him all the time. On the other I can hear my mother's voice telling not to get married and my father's voice telling me how he isn't good enough for me.

He told me that he is sure he wants to be with me and make a family. I know I'm sure too, but I also have more plans and want to finish my degree first.

He told me that why wait when he is sure. For him waiting means that he is uncertain. But I like taking things slow paced.
