New Guy

So i started a new job around a month ago and i met this guy there who started working there a little over two weeks after me.

The second i saw him i thought he was gorgeous. I think he might have some interest in me but im not 100% sure just yet. So far- i really like him and i havent had a crush like this in what feels like forever the only small problem is hes 11 years older than me...... im kind of an old soul and im pretty put together for my age so i dont think id be that big of a problem

i really dont know how to approach things here but i really want a relationship with him
