FTM HELP!

My son is 7 weeks old today and for the past few days he has developed a red bumpy scaly rash on his cheeks,chin, and it has now spread to his ears. It has progressively gotten worse. We wash all of our clothes and linens with free and clear detergent. He is exclusively formula-fed we just switched yesterday from Enfamil AR for spit up to Enfamil soy formula because of excessive gas and spitting up. The rash developed before the switch. My fiancé likes to sleep with the space heater on as it gets very cold in our room even with the heat on and we recently got a humidifier for our room. He put these lavender scents in the humidifier so I first thought it was a reaction to that but we have since stopped using it and the rash still keeps worsening!! I can’t see the dr until tomorrow. He doesn’t seem bothered but I am concerned. Was thinking maybe eczema? I’ve been putting aquaphor on it which doesn’t seem to help. It also seems to be worse in the mornings. Please any advice.
