Possible UTI (TMI)

I am waiting on a call back from my OB as we speak. Yesterday I went to the hospital for painful urination and period like cramps. They ran tests and sent me home saying everything was perfectly fine. Last night at about 2 am I woke up with the same burning/needing to go sensation. 3 hours later my pain subsided and I had passed 3 pretty large blood clots from my urethra. It was extremely painful but I’ve never heard of blood clots being passed from a UTI. Anyone ever have something similar? I’m a bit worried and I’m still pretty uncomfortable and tender.
