Heart broken

I want to TTC for #2.. husband was on board since we bought a bigger house and he got a huge raise. Then tonight he said no because he wants me to get bypass surgery for weightloss.. I weigh the same now that I did with #1..

He said hes worked about the long term effects? Even though I have a 38 BMI my A1C is PERFECT, my cholesterol is great, I have perfect blood pressure.. I am trying to lose weight.. we just bought a treadmill and I'm making healthy low calorie veggie heavy meals.. I'm 30.. I don't feel like I have forever.. we want 2 more but I feel like this horrible mountain is in my way.. i ovulated yesterday, we didn't BD once.. i know it's out this month.. I'm just shattered.. he isn't fit either.. just need a place to vent and cry
