Cholestasis

Has anyone had cholestasis? The palms of hands and my feet have been itchy since Friday. Last night I couldn't sleep because i just had to scratch. I've been scratching so hard I feel like I'm going to break the skin. I have a drs appt Tuesday, but I don't know if I should call L&D, wait until tomorrow to call or just wait until my appt. The hospital is about an hour and a half away , which is the only thing stopping me from just dropping by to get it checked out. Any advice would be appreciated.
