No more bottle feeding?

This might sound like a stupid question but I read on glow that we should stop giving our babies milk with bottles when they turn one and that we should give them with a cup instead... what kind of cup? Adult cup? Wong the formula of cows milk pour everywhere? How will they drink from that? Advise please

I reeeeally hope this isn't a serious question. You can't seriously think we're all giving our 12-month-olds an adult glass of milk?... it's called a sippy cup. It should have been introduced at 6 months and ideally, you want to be bottle free by the first birthday. We were bottle free in our home by 9/10 months.

Sippy cups.. 
My daughter been use the nuks learning cup(sippy cup)since she been 6 months old. She never like bottles so I switched as soon as I could.

My son skipped straight to adult cups! Lol not by choice he just picked up my cup and started using it so I let him.. he maybe spilled once or twice.

I started introducing a sippy at 6 months and by a year my son was completely off the bottle.

I'm assuming they mean sippy cup. My son had only the bedtime bottle until around 14 months.  That was his way of unwinding.  Once he started to refuse it we just got rid of them all.  We lucked out because he weaned himself.

No more bottle feeding?
