I think I’m crazy

I see things. They move but when I turn the light on or look back at it, it’s gone. I see them move a lot. They don’t talk. I’ve seen ppl and creatures. I’ve been like this since I was little, my mom said I used to say I had “bloody friends”. Sometimes it’s like seeing a shadow but sometimes it’s like something is just standing there. I don’t believe in God or anything associated with him such as devils or angels so don’t bring religion into this, I just was to tell someone. I’m scared to be alone because I feel unsafe. I have to sleep with every light on. It never stops, I ALWAYS see things even when I’m totally engaged in something.

I told my husband but he didn’t believe me at first. Now he does but he thinks it’s cool when I’m so scared some nights I cry.

I think something is seriously wrong with me 😔

There’s no history of mental health problems in my family but I do have trichotillomania: I uncontrollably compulsively pull my hair out) I want to stay anonymous so if there is a question I will update it with my answer
