Panic attacks
I went to school with this girl in 6th grade and she was pretty nice but she hung around the same people who bullied me. I transferred schools the next year. It’s been two years and now I’m in eight grade and this girl who was nice transferred to my school. She hasn’t done anything to me but she reminds me of the people who traumatized me and it’s giving me panic attacks. What should I do?
