Bereavement
My granda passed away suddenly today. He was my everything, I love him so much.
He wasn’t in any serious ill health and I just can’t take this in. I’ve cried yes, but I can’t process this....
I suffer from severe anxiety and mild depression (among other things) and I’m scared I won’t cope! I even smoked for the first time in 4 years today. I just can’t cope and I don’t know what to do, let alone how to do it 😞
