Infected nose ring help!

I’ve had my nose ring for about a month and 2 nights ago I saw a white bump right under the stud. The next morning there was white pus covering the whole stud. I cleaned it really good with the saline solution that was recommended. I’ve been cleaning it 2-3 times a day instead of just the one. It’s a little red and looks like it has a very tiny sore now. Is there anything else I can do to speed up the healing of this or prevent any further infection?
