fussiness

gosh my daughter has been really fussy all day im so tired she wouldnt sit at all today slept twice during the day but only for an hour each shes been teething so much and has been hurting alot but i keep checking her gums and still nothing is there or i cant see anything under her gums now its 10:30pm she just fell asleep hopefully shell sleep all night but if she likes this tomorrow what should i do??? the doctor did say if shes fussy give her some tynenol but it didnt help much
